It doesn\u2019t require much energy to grow and is <strong>very resistant<\/strong>, which is why it is very popular and used in various areas. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/en\/cbdictionary\/industrial-hemp\/\">Industrial hemp<\/a> (Cannabis sativa) can be used for its<strong> seeds<\/strong> as well as its <strong>fibers<\/strong>. The latter is often used for <strong>clothing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hemp textiles absorb up to <strong>95% of UV rays<\/strong>, they stay intact for longer than <strong>synthetic fibers<\/strong> and can regulate temperature. An ideal use for hemp in clothing is the production of <strong>thermal clothing<\/strong>, for instance.\u00a0Since hemp has returned to the <strong>food industry<\/strong>, it has been hyped as a <strong>superfood<\/strong> for a whole number of reasons: it contains lots of<strong> antioxidants, vitamin-e and the b-vitamins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hemp may also be used for <strong>detoxification<\/strong> or to stimulate the <strong>metabolism<\/strong>. The fatty acids support the <strong>reduction of unhealthy fat<\/strong> within the body. So, basically, hemp isn\u2019t only beneficial when it comes to <strong>detox<\/strong>, but helps the removal of fat. There is also a lot of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/en\/product\/hemp-protein\/\">hemp protein<\/a> to be found in many foods. For example, there are juices, smoothies and protein shakes that are getting enhanced by adding hemp protein, as are breads and other baked goods.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to this <strong>raw use of hemp<\/strong>, the<strong> extraction of its oil<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/en\/cbdictionary\/hemp-oil\/\">hemp oil<\/a> \u2013 is very popular. The oil doesn\u2019t contain any <strong>psychoactive substances<\/strong> and is rich in <strong>protein as well as omega 3- and omega 6-fatty acids<\/strong>. There are many uses for hemp oil, for example in salad dressings, several food toppings or in beverages.<\/p>\n<p>In industrial usage, hemp oil is often used as the base for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/en\/cbdictionary\/cbd-oil\/\">CBD oil<\/a>.
