El lunes, ambas empresas confirmaron que han firmado un acuerdo definitivo en virtud del cual Pfizer adquirir\u00e1 todas las acciones en circulaci\u00f3n de Arena por 100 d\u00f3lares por acci\u00f3n en efectivo.<\/p>\n<p>Arena Pharmaceuticals, con sede en San Diego (California), es una empresa biotecnol\u00f3gica que centra su cartera de medicamentos en <strong>terapias de tipo cannabinoide<\/strong>.
