Mas qual \u00e9 o seu verdadeiro significado e qual o efeito ao tomar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/pt-pt\/cbdictionary\/cbd-oleo\/\">\u00f3leo de CBD<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/pt-pt\/cbdictionary\/flores-de-cbd\/\">flores de CBD<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/pt-pt\/cbdictionary\/cristais-de-cbd\/\">cristais de CBD<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p>Uma das frases mais famosas de Arist\u00f3teles \u00e9 \u201ea totalidade \u00e9 mais do que a soma das suas partes\u201c, esta frase torna-se bastante clara quando em alus\u00e3o ao efeito entourage, tal como evidenciado em seguida: Quando nos anos 60 os investigadores israelitas Raphael Mechoulam e Yehiel Garni descobriram que THC \u00e9 o<strong> ingrediente psicoativo mais importante da cannabis<\/strong> e o respons\u00e1vel pela conhecida sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de estar \u201ehigh\u201c, deu-se muita import\u00e2ncia a esse facto;<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, ap\u00f3s muitos <strong>anos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> foi poss\u00edvel descobrir que o THC era apenas respons\u00e1vel por uma parte do efeito, e foi assim que surgiu o termo do \u201eefeito entourage\u201c. Foi tamb\u00e9m neste contexto que surgiu o conhecimento sobre o <strong>sistema endocannabinoide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 hoje, esta \u00e9 uma teoria com dois pontos de vista controversos entre si: enquanto por um lado o seu efeito \u00e9 reconhecido, por outro lado, o seu efeito \u00e9 totalmente negado. Deste modo, investiga\u00e7\u00f5es tem sido desenvolvidas de forma a avaliar teorias sobre esta mat\u00e9ria. A teoria do efeito entourage diz que as <strong>in\u00fameras subst\u00e2ncias activas<\/strong> que ocorrem <strong>naturalmente na planta de cannabis<\/strong> se fundem <strong>numa sinergia<\/strong> na qual se apoiam mutuamente.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequentemente, as part\u00edculas s\u00e3o refor\u00e7adas na sua efic\u00e1cia e podem influenciar o corpo mais intensamente &#8211; da\u00ed a refer\u00eancia \u00e0 famosa cita\u00e7\u00e3o de Arist\u00f3teles. Existem mais de <strong>600 compostos qu\u00edmicos diferentes<\/strong> na planta da cannabis, dos quais mais de <strong>120 s\u00e3o v\u00e1rios tipos de canabin\u00f3ides<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tomhemps.com\/pt-pt\/cbdictionary\/terpenos\/\">terpenos<\/a>, flavon\u00f3ides, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>Como tal, diz-se que os \u00f3leos de CBD de espectro amplo e completo funcionam melhor. \u00c9 precisamente com estas <strong>formas de ingest\u00e3o<\/strong> que o efeito de entourage pode ser obtido, dada a sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o, que contem as formas acima mencionadas.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00fanica diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 que o \u00f3leo de CBD de espectro total tamb\u00e9m contem THC, raz\u00e3o pela qual o efeito de entourage \u00e9 mais pronunciado do que no <strong>\u00f3leo de CBD de espectro amplo<\/strong>.
