Was bringt so ein teures Öl wenn man es nicht einnehmen soll?
Darf man es oral einnehmen oder nicht?
Normaler Weise schlafe ich nicht richtig durch, wache nachts um 2 auf und lieg dann meistens nur noch rum. Habe es jetzt mit CBD probiert. Abends nach 3 Tropfen 2 min unter der Zunge bin ich ca. 15 min später ultra entspannt und kann sofort einschlafen. Wache erst am nächsten Morgen wieder auf und bin richtig erholt! Das steigert meine Lebensqualität um 100 Prozent, ich bin froh, dass es diese Tropfen gibt!
Auch wenn auf der Verpackung steht, man solle max. 2 Tropfen am Tag nehmen, nehme ich 5 Tropfen vor dem Schlafen und 3 Tropfen morgens und mittags.
Wirkt super. Ich kann sehr gut einschlafen und es dimmt meine Ängste ab.
