Bio-Down has been specially developed for organic cultivation. Correcting the pH value in a natural way is essential for plants to be able to absorb the maximum amount of nutrients. The natural formulation of Bio-Down enables rapid pH regulation for any type of substrate and for any type of crop, without affecting soil micro-life. Bio-Down is an aqueous solution of citric acid, which occurs naturally in various citrus fruits. It has been designed to work perfectly together with Biobizz nutrients and can be used in any irrigation. Bio-Down is suitable for both the growing and flowering periods.

Bio-Down can be used during both the vegetation and flowering period, in any irrigation and in combination with any Biobizz substrate or liquid product. Bio-Down contains no strong acids. This means that this 100% biological pH regulator does not affect the micro-life in the substrate.
How is Bio-Down used?
Mix the necessary Biobizz nutrients and measure the pH of the mixture. Add 0.1 ml of Bio-Down to reduce the pH by 0.5 points. Add the required amount of Bio-Down, stir for 10 seconds and measure the pH again. Keep adding Bio-Down until the optimum pH range of 6.2-6.5 is reached and the nutrient mixture can be added to the plants.
